Blabbering: I’ve made it one month!

Guys, I’ve made it ONE WHOLE MONTH! While I know that’s not very remarkable to most, I’m super excited that:
a) I’m still hanging in there (um, no one told me how much work maintaining a blog/social media presence would be)
b) I actually have more than 1 follower!

So here are my one-month stats, which are downright cute when compared to all of you book-blogging veterans (each is linked to its site):

Twitter followers: 41

Instagram followers: 45

Goodreads friends: 36

Bloglovin’ followers: 6

WordPress followers: 17
It’s not too late to add your number to my blog following: just drag your mouse to the sidebar on the right and click follow (or, if on your tablet/phone, just keep scrolling down)!

Blog posts: 9

Book reviews: 6

Despite not having a huge following, I am seriously in love with this book blogging business. Already I have met so many wonderful people and have had so many fantastic discussions about books, which was my whole reason for joining the leagues of bloggers in the first place!

With my one-month blogiversary gifts to myself!

And to all of my followers that I currently have: You guys are freaking awesome for following some random veterinarian blogger who is still trying to figure out how to navigate these very murky blogging waters.

Thank you for the warm embrace book bloggers and readers!

  1. Congratulations! I wish I would have kept track of everything like you’re doing just to see how my blog has grown, but I haven’t, and I’m okay with that.

I think you’re doing a great job, especially because you’re tackling quite a few different places on social media at once. Me? I can’t handle Bookstagram with blogging, reading, Twitter, and everything else that comes with blogging.

Best of luck to you in the future! I can’t wait to see your blog grow up!

    1. Well I am barely handling it! My twitter is failing miserably (also, this is my first time using it and I’m 27 so I feel like my being late to the game is a disadvantage)! Thanks so much for the support (:

  2. Congratulations! I am almost at 2 months. I think that’s tomorrow? Haha. Haven’t planned a post thought – definitely should have done that. But go us, and all other newbie bloggers!
