It’s been a while since I’ve updated you all on my book line-up. What better way to start the weekend? Let’s discuss what we’re all reading. Don’t forget to chime in below!
What I just finished:
Wolf by Wolf by Ryan Graudin and The Clairvoyants by Karen Brown. Reviews for both coming soon!
What I’m currently reading:
The audiobook of Little Women and A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas (squeee!!!).
What’s next for me:
A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman and The Graces by Laure Eve (I’ll be honest, this isn’t what I want to read next, but it’s been on my TBR the longest, so…)
What are you guys reading this weekend? Finish anything good lately?
A.S. Thornton has evolved from book blogger to author with a particular fondness for writing forbidden love in ancient deserts. When not writing, she’s caring for dogs and cats as a veterinarian. You’ll never find animals at the center of her writing, though, because those fictional worlds don’t have veterinarians and her literal brain can’t accept that the poor critters would be without parasite prevention. Thornton’s debut, DAUGHTER OF THE SALT KING is available wherever books are sold.

Ooh, I’m curious to see what you ended up thinking about Wolf By Wolf! A Man Called Ove was so good. I wasn’t sure at first, but he really grew on me.
I’m reading It by Stephen King and The Night Stalker by Chris Carter. Both are really good!

Ooooh some horror! I love horror novels, but for some reason don’t read that many of them?! Right now I’m sort of writing one, so I’m trying not to read any and accidentally steal any of their ideas XD I really liked Wolf by Wolf! And I just started A Man Called Ove, and so far so good! His characters makes me quite sad, but I really love how it’s written. I feel like I’m really going to like it.

I finished Close Enough to Touch by Colleen Oakley today and started I’ve Got Your Number by Sophie Kinsella 🙂

Fun!! I hope you enjoy(ed) them both!

At work I am reading ” How To be a Woman ” by Caitlin Moran… though Saturday night shift was to busy for reading time, have gotten through a couple chapters tonight. It is very funny book.
My bedside book right now is Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire…. been too tired between shifts for reading at home, but excited to pick that back up tomorrow night when I’m off 🙂
A Man Called Ove has been recommended to me a few times, have it on the list to read soon 🙂
You’re making me want to pick up Little Women as my next reread. . . it has been so long since I last read it!

Aw, I love re-reading HP! I am enjoyed A Man Called Ove so far, definitely is a bit sad. But people seem to love it and don’t really call it a sad book, so I’m optimistic it will have a happy ending! Plus there’s a cat in it so….
